Children over the age of 3 are most welcome

Please no cooking or eating take-aways in your room. Please ask and we will supply plates and cutlery for you to use in the dining room.

Lost keys are charged at £15 per set.

Any damages need to be paid for. Please inform us straight away if you spill or damage anything, we can try to minimise the damage caused the sooner we know about it.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Smoking (including E-Cigs) is NOT permitted within any part of The Chestnuts. Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and forfeit any outstanding nights booked but not taken through early departure.

The Chestnuts reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others. In such circumstances, no refunds will be made.

If you test positive for Covid-19 during your stay and have to leave early you will not be entitled to a refund of the remainder of your stay.
